BASIC FEATURES

1. Construction: Compact, heavy-duty cast iron design according to computer assisted stability calculations, cast-iron front panel casing in modular design, heavy machine frame in one piece.

2. Main drive: Rugged and low maintenance, self locking worm gear in oil bath , hydraulic clutch, overload protection pin.

3. Clamping: hydraulic clamping , incl.oil filing , extreme reliability with uniform distribution on cutting material , wide clamping pressure range from 150 daN to 7000 daN/330 to 15430 Ibs (depending on size of cutter model), two-channel safety hydraulics, variable clamping time with optimization of cutting frequency.

4. Knife and knife change : equipped with HSS knife , fine adjustment of knife in lower dead centre position , progressively adjustable for exact height adjustment .

5. Measuring system back gauge control: ball screw rod , linearity guide way , material is bearing steel hardness is at 58HRC-62HRC, back gauge movement with infinitely adjustable , frequency controlled speed optimization.

6. Table : nickel refined table surfaces and side gauges , air table with blower , table blower with sufficient capacity for machine table.

7. Function specific controls: Programmable additional functions, programming assistance for efficient generation of cutting programs , special service grogram for machine diagnostics, automatic back gauge positioning via program control repeat calculator with operator prompting, clamping without cutting programmable , programming with cutting , program memory with 999 programs , 10000 programming steps, The locating accuracy can reach ±0.01mm.

8. Safety : two hand cut release with simultaneity control and non-repeat device , safety clamping pressure(30 daN/66Ibs) , finger safety guard at pressure clamp , self0checking infrared light curtain , mechanical lock for knife carrier and continuous run interlock device , optimal safety during knife change by means of cutting edge protection.
